Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of PersonalData gives interested parties the possibility of exercising a seriesof rights related to the processing of their personal data.

As long as the user's data is processed by Erasmobility. Users mayexercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation andopposition in accordance with the provisions of current legislationon the protection of personal data.

Suchcommunication must reflect the following information: Name andsurname of the user, the application form, the address and thesupporting data.

Exercising the rights in question will be a matter of the user.However, they may be executed by a person authorized as legalrepresentative of the authorized party. In this case, thedocumentation proving this representation of the interested partymust be provided.
